Working closely with Product and Digital Engineering teams, you'll deliver reliable data solutions that improve reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.\r\nKey Responsibilities Data Integration & Engineering Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that move data between source systems, Azure services, Databricks, and downstream consumers.\r\nEnsure data is delivered accurately, reliably, and on schedule to support business operations and analytics.\r\nIntegrate data from a variety of sources, including operational databases, APIs, microservices, SaaS platforms, cloud services, and file-based feeds.\r\nOwn and optimize data movement across the CSafe technology landscape.\r\nDatabricks Administration Administer and maintain the Databricks environment, including:\r\nUnity Catalog governance\r\nWorkspace configuration\r\nUser access and permissions\r\nCluster and compute management\r\nJob orchestration and scheduling\r\nCost and performance optimization\r\nSupport platform scalability, security, and operational excellence.\r\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.\r\nTranslate business requirements into meaningful, scalable reporting solutions.\r\nEnable self-service analytics through well-structured data models and reporting assets.\r\nPartner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable and actionable insights.\r\nData Quality & Governance Monitor pipeline health and data quality.\r\nImplement validation, logging, monitoring, and alerting processes to proactively identify and resolve issues.\r\nEstablish and maintain documentation, standards, and reusable patterns.\r\nSupport data governance initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational best practices.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product and Digital Engineering teams to improve reliability, consistency, and accessibility of data.\r\nDefine and maintain data contracts and integration standards.\r\nContribute wherever data expertise is needed, embracing a broad and collaborative approach to problem-solving.\r\nRequired Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\r\nExperience 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related role.\r\nProven experience building and operating data pipelines within a cloud environment (Azure preferred).\r\nHands-on experience with Databricks in a production environment.\r\nExperience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.\r\nTechnical Skills Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, automation, and pipeline development.\r\nExperience integrating data across multiple platforms, including databases, APIs, cloud services, SaaS applications, and file-based systems.\r\nWorking knowledge of: Azure Data Factory\r\nAzure Storage\r\nAzure SQL\r\nDatabricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog\r\nExperience with data modeling, data quality, and governance principles.\r\nProficiency in Power BI, DAX, and semantic modeling.\r\nSoft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills.\r\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\r\nSelf-directed, adaptable, and outcome-oriented.\r\nComfortable working across multiple technologies and disciplines.\r\nPassion for building trustworthy, scalable, and business-focused data solutions.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience administering a Databricks or lakehouse environment.\r\nFamiliarity with cold chain, logistics, manufacturing, or life sciences data.\r\nExperience establishing enterprise data governance frameworks and best practices.\r\nAt CSafe, we foster an exciting, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that promotes both personal and professional growth.
