Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.Skills:Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.6+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management.Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.Experience is product design or direct involvement with Engineering for product development.Familiarity with project management software and tools including Planview, MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent.
