GC SuperintendentLivonia, MI | Full-time Permanent | $80,000–$120,000Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise subcontractors for contract compliance, productivity, and safetyLead as "First-In-Command": Conduct daily huddles, weekly safety/progress meetings; enforce safety rulesDevelop/review schedules with PM; manage scopes, labor (NMA/UAW), logistics, and documentationReport accidents immediately, investigate, and maintain field reports/recordsHandle labor relations, closeouts, and client relationshipsRequired Experience & Qualifications:8+ years as Superintendent on industrial projects leading large multi-union crews4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical trainingCertifications: MIOSHA 10hr, OSHA 30/MUST, First Aid/CPR, Accident InvestigationStrong knowledge of civil/site, architectural, MEP; Primavera, Prolog, ViewpointExcellent leadership, communication, problem-solving; OSHA/safety expertise
