controls, accounting policies, and proceduresDrive a 6-day close target through process improvement and automationPartner with auditors (domestic and international) on year-end audit and complianceImprove ERP/system workflows and implement scalable best practicesLead, develop, and mentor a team of 4+ accounting professionalsSupport global operations including inventory, manufacturing, distribution, and retail accountingWhat We’re Looking For7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory leadershipStrong foundation in US GAAP and financial reportingExperience in retail and/or manufacturing environments strongly preferredExposure to global accounting (inventory, FX, multi-entity operations)Background in cost accounting and/or consumer products manufacturing a plusExperience with consolidations and multi-divisional reporting strongly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and project management skillsLarge ERP ExperienceCPA
