We are looking for individuals who take pride in high‑quality workmanship and are comfortable in physically demanding, fast‑paced environments. Experience with caulking or prior labor‑intensive roles is highly preferred. Individuals must be open to travel.Pay Rate: $23/hrJob ResponsibilitiesInstall security film and related materials according to project specificationsTravel to various job sites for consecutive assignmentsWork effectively as part of a team in both indoor and outdoor environmentsMaintain professionalism and safety standards on all job sitesJob RequirementsAbility to pass a pre‑hire drug test and background check, including a motor vehicle report, as well as any additional client‑required background checks needed for access to certain secured facilities.Possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Fingerprint Clearance CardCaulking experience is required and being comfortable working a labor intensive job in the elementsSuccessfully complete a 60‑day probationary period, including all required credentials and orientation metricsMaintain a valid driver’s licenseMaintain a compliant REAL IDPossess or be able to obtain an OSHA‑10 certificationAbility to travel 100%, up to 3 weeks at a time, moving directly from job to job; shared hotel rooms required; per diem provided and paid retroactivelyPhysical RequirementsAbility to perform frequent: standing, sitting, walking, driving, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling, twisting, reaching, climbing, foot control, and repetitive handling/graspingComfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to variable weatherAdequate verbal, visual, and hearing abilitiesAbility to work on active construction sites, including exposure to noise, dust, vibration, and other potential hazardsAbility to perform medium‑duty work, including:Lifting 70 lbs individually and 120 lbs as a team liftApplying 30–45 lbs of pressure consistentlyStanding and working on feet 8–12 hours per dayBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, pto, paid holidays, per diem when traveling, and ability for daily bonus while traveling based on performanceAbout Loyal SourceLoyal Source provides healthcare and technology solutions designed to improve outcomes and support mission-critical operations.
