{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"fc99b6b18719c9d5debdff44","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fc99b6b18719c9d5debdff44","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fc99b6b18719c9d5debdff44","title":"Field Operations Coordinator","description":"PriorityWorkforce is hiring!\nWe offer long-term, full-time, weekly pay and temp-to-hire job opportunities!\nWe are a high-speed internet & Wi-Fi company, hiring for a Field Operations Coordinator in the city of Irvine, Ca!\nJob title: Field Operations Coordinator\nJob location: Irvine, Ca\nSchedule: Monday to Friday\n1st shift\nPay rate: $25.00\nJob description:\nUnderstand Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do.\nReview and process work order closeout packages to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of consultations and drops.\nAssign or advance drop, quality control, and maintenance activities into the dispatch queue with notes and details for distribution and schedule adjustment.\nManage the resolution process of incomplete field activities through the rescheduling step, by tracking and communicating updates to the necessary parties.\nComplete 811 utility ticket submissions for completed pre-drop activities each day.\nComplete end-of-day reports and perform remote install activations as required for end of day work orders.\nRegularly review materials and customer equipment inventories, and place orders as required.\nReview and approve PO requests from contractors and vendors in accordance with completed work packages.\nAssist with administrative preparation and reporting for various meetings.\nWork in and contribute to an atmosphere of trust and integrity with fellow employees to ensure the overall success of Cityside Fiber.\nQualifications:\nHigh energy individuals who are willing to be an integral part of a high growth service provider who puts people first, dares to be different and has fun disrupting an industry.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n1 to 3 years of experience in a telecom or technology company or related field .\nExperience communicating to and collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work well under pressure.\nProven history of excellent customer service and ability to build relationships.\nExcellent organizational skills- Ability to multi-task and be highly responsive to internal and external clients.\nDemonstrated intense customer focus.\nDemonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty and strong work ethic.\nTake initiative. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis.\nProven history of managing logistical operations or high-volume daily activity, while operating calmly under pressure.\nStrong knowledge of the internet service provider space\nSharp, analytical, and thoughtful.\nConsistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.\nA strong team player acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.\nIncredibly strong attention to detail and time-management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel (proficiency with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables ideal).
