Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).\r\nKey Requirements and Technology Experience\r\nMust have skills: JMeter, BlazeMeter, AI-powered performance Analysis, observability.\r\n8+ years of experience in performance testing/performance engineering.\r\nStrong experience with performance testing tools such as\r\nJMeter\r\nk6\r\nBlazeMeter\r\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted or AI-powered engineering tools used in performance analysis, test automation, observability, or operational intelligence.\r\nStrong understanding of\r\nSystem architecture\r\nDistributed systems\r\nMicroservices\r\nAPIs\r\nDatabases\r\nCaching\r\nMessaging systems\r\nCloud-native platforms\r\nExperience analyzing performance metrics across application, infrastructure, and database layers.\r\nProficiency in one or more scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Shell.\r\nExperience with monitoring/observability tools such as:\r\nDatadog\r\nSplunk\r\nGrafana\r\nAppDynamics\r\nFamiliarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\r\nOur client is a leading Telecommunication Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
