Oversee the development, coordination, and implementation speech and language programs at Kindering.\nPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities\nDuties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:\nEnsure appropriate department coverage for agency needs\nSeek and hire new staff, with an “as appropriate” interview with Early Intervention Senior Manager or Chief Program Officer for the final candidate(s)\nOversee training and evaluate new staff (department orientation, mentoring, training plan, 30-60- 90 day reviews)\nMonitor staff performance, including annual performance reviews and set employee goals and objectives\nSupervise department job performance and quality of work – track and manage parent and staff complaints, caseloads, quality indicators;
