This role is responsible for handling incoming calls from existing customers that wish to cancel their service. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong work ethic, and be motivated by goals and putting their sales and value-building skills to use!\r\nReporting to the Retention Manager, this position is responsible for:\r\nAnswering inbound calls from existing customers.\r\nAssessing customer needs and developing a strategy for their retention.\r\nBuilding value in product by communicating services provided and customer savings.\r\nMaintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers.\r\nMaintaining current knowledge of products and services offered.\r\nOther tasks as assigned.\r\nPay Rate and Benefits for Customer Retention Representative:\r\n$25/hour, plus performance bonus!
