The safe operation of Fork Trucks, manufacturing of chemical batches, filling and or emptying of totes, loading/unloading rail cars, tanker trucks, van and or intermodal trailer.\n\nSecond shift hours: 2:30pm - 10:30pm\n\nIS THIS JOB FOR YOU?\n\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or accredited GED\nForklift Certification\n3+ years of manufacturing experience\nComputer and Microsoft application proficient\n2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment\n2+ years of mechanical experience\nApplicants must have strong reading, math, and technical skills.\nMust have the ability to perform various processes and operate equipment in a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.\nApplicant must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to work in outdoor, ambient temperature conditions.\nStrong Commitment to EHS, quality, and customer service\nPreferred Requirements:\nAssociate or bachelor's degree\n5+ years experience in Chemical batching, transferring, and railcar/tanker loading/unloading.\n5+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools at Greenbelt level\nStrong Commitment to EHS, quality, and customer service\nSAP Production Module experience\n\nA LITTLE MORE ABOUT US\n\nChryso is a leading global designer and manufacturer of high quality concrete admixture thanks to a strong commitment to research and innovation, coupled with adherence to the strictest manufacturing standards in the industry.
