{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"fc80b09466297db69eff4ebb","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fc80b09466297db69eff4ebb","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fc80b09466297db69eff4ebb","title":"Material Planning Analyst","description":"Material Planning AnalystTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Austin, TX.\r\nReporting to the Materials Planning Manager, the Material Planning Analyst will be charge of maintaining materials/planning data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate material clear to build with customers and purchasing teams and help to analyze MRP, ECO and deviation requirements.\r\nWhat a typical day looks like:\r\nAssists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data.\r\nMay assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data.\r\nCollects, compiles, and presents various types of data.\r\nPrepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.\r\nMay create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection.\r\nAudits data. Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.\r\nProactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.\r\nWhere applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.\r\nTracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.\r\nDaily review of RMA transactions.\r\nCreate weekly purchase orders including all client parts.\r\nReceive data entry for clients.\r\nUpdate content list and item master.\r\nPrepare DPT packing list for LCAD repairing.\r\nWindow to client material (consigned parts) supply.\r\nWindow to client bulk RMA service.\r\nSpecialized Job may be required for certain positions.
