Press Release / One-sheet Writer

HIP Video Promo has been promoting music videos for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a freelance writer to write one-sheets/press releases, and occasional bios for the bands and artists we work with. HIP is based in South River, NJ; this position is remote and can be performed from anywhere. This is a freelance, part-time position and can be performed on your own schedule, so long as you complete the requested 3-5 one-sheets (approx. 500 words each) per week and attend roughly 1-2 client calls per week on Zoom, roughly during Eastern Time business hours. This position will be paid a flat fee for 10 one-sheets at a time. Job requirements include solid writing experience and a passion for music and the music videos we promote.
