Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head of Data to drive Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks and establish robust data governance practices.\nEssential Functions:\nData Platform & Architecture\nDesign and implement a scalable, high-performance data architecture aligned with business objectives.\nIntegrate disparate data sources into a unified, reliable single source of truth.\nCascade global strategy locally while pushing the boundaries of the data and tech stack.\nEnable seamless data flow between systems through robust data transformation and integration strategies.\nModernize legacy data systems to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.\n\nData Governance & Master Data Management (MDM)\nCollaborate with the Head of Data to develop and implement a comprehensive MDM framework ensuring data integrity and governance.\nEstablish and enforce best practices in data governance, working closely with global and regional teams.\n\nTechnology & Efficiency\nDrive system performance optimization and cost efficiency across data infrastructure.\nContinuously evaluate emerging technologies, mitigating potential disruptions while capitalizing on new opportunities for innovation.\n\nCollaboration and Thought Leadership:\nAdvance a culture of excellence through collaboration, data ownership, and quality standards.\nCollaborate with local and global teams to share and implement best practices.\nMentor and upskill team members, cultivate a data-driven culture, and ensure the organization leverages its information assets with integrity and strategic insight.\n\nCompetencies:\nDeep expertise in data architecture, MDM, analytics platforms, and tools.\nProven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nSQL language coding and Python or other programing languages are a plus.\nKnowledge of PowerBI or Tableau or comparable BI platform is a plus.\nStrong project management skills, managing multiple data sources and deadlines.\nAbility to architect and develop scalable data solutions, staying ahead of industry trends.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.\n\nRequirements – Education + Experience:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.\n1-4 years of experience in IT, Data Engineering, or related fields.\n1-4 years in data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.\n1-4 years of coding experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.\nExperience working with Tableau and BI tools.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, Denodo, Amazon Marketing Cloud, GCP)\nKnowledge of data modeling principles, schema design, and dimensional modeling.\nA positive, adaptable attitude to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.\nWork Environment / physical demands / position type and expected hours of work:\nThis job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.\nThis is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.\nThe normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nSalary Range: $90,000 – $115,000\nThis range represents the base annual full-time salary for all positions within the applicable job grade. The actual salary offer will depend on a range of factors including experience, education, location, and other relevant qualifications.
