{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"fc78a44a606b57b9807c4376","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fc78a44a606b57b9807c4376","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fc78a44a606b57b9807c4376","title":"Remote Senior QA Testing Analyst – TOSCA / Selenium / SQL","description":"Location: Remote\nJob Type: Temp-to-Perm\nPay: $50.58–$53.72 per hour, depending on location and experience\nConversion: Minimum 90-day temporary period before conversion\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Testing Analyst for a remote opportunity supporting quality assurance and software testing across enterprise applications and technology solutions.\nThis role will be responsible for developing and executing manual and automated testing strategies, improving test automation coverage, identifying and tracking defects, and helping ensure applications meet business and customer requirements.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience with TOSCA, Selenium, Katalon, SQL, ETL testing, Jenkins, CI/CD, JIRA, Xray, or ALM and will be comfortable working in an Agile environment.\nImportant Eligibility Requirements:\nThis is a remote position.\nU.S. Citizenship is required.\nCandidates must be able to receive a favorable interim and final Department of Defense background investigation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain quality assurance measures and testing standards for new and existing applications.\nCreate test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.\nExecute both manual and automated testing.\nDevelop and improve automation testing strategies and increase automated test coverage.\nPerform system, regression, integration, load, acceptance, and performance testing.\nTest web-based applications, APIs, ETL processes, and data integrations.\nWrite and execute SQL queries to validate application and data results.\nIdentify, document, track, and coordinate resolution of software defects.\nAnalyze technical specifications and project documentation to determine testing requirements.\nWork remotely with developers, project managers, business teams, and other QA resources.\nCommunicate testing progress, defects, risks, and results to project leadership.\nParticipate in Agile Scrum meetings and other project activities.\nCreate User Stories and Task Flows as needed.\nMentor junior testing resources and promote QA best practices.\nSupport continuous quality improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of quality assurance, software testing, or related experience.\nExperience with automated testing tools such as Katalon, TOSCA, and Selenium.\n1+ year of experience automating web-based applications and APIs using TOSCA.\n3+ years of experience with Jenkins and CI/CD tools.\n3+ years of experience testing ETL processes and writing/executing SQL queries.\nExperience developing and documenting test cases using Xray, ALM, or JIRA.\nExperience establishing QA measures and software testing standards.\nUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.\nStrong experience with defect tracking and test management.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\n7+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience.\nHealthcare industry experience.\nExperience developing comprehensive test strategies.\nExperience with AngularJS and Java.\nAdvanced knowledge of TOSCA, SQL, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.\nSkills We Are Looking For\nSoftware Quality Assurance\nQA Testing\nTest Automation\nTOSCA\nSelenium\nKatalon\nSQL\nETL Testing\nAPI Testing\nJenkins\nCI/CD\nJIRA\nXray\nALM\nAgile / Scrum\nRegression Testing\nDefect Tracking\nTest Case Development\nWork Environment\nThis is a remote position requiring the ability to work effectively with distributed technical and business teams.
