Our Ferndale location, known as REX, is our production facility where we bring our innovative solutions to life. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Clerk to join our team in Ferndale. As an Inventory Clerk at RAD, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies in our production facility. Your responsibilities will include tracking inventory, updating records, and ensuring seamless distribution and stocking of merchandise. Responsibilities Maintaining and Updating Records: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing items. Physical Inventory Counts: Regularly conduct physical counts of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies to reconcile with computer records. Reporting Discrepancies: Identify and report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records. Distribution and Stocking: Assist in the distribution and stocking of merchandise and supplies as needed. Receiving and Inventory: Receive incoming stock, record it, and ensure proper placement in the facility. Additional Tasks: Perform other various tasks as assigned to support efficient inventory management. Inventory: Sort and store all received materials in appropriate racking/storage. Qualifications Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in inventory management. ERP/Software Utilization: Must have experience and knowledge with an ERP, such as NetSuite, Odoo, Dynamics. Excellent Math and Analytical Skills: Strong math and analytical skills to balance records accurately. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members. Availability: Ability to work in person and be available at our Ferndale facility Monday-Friday 8-5pm. Forklift Experience (Beneficial): Experience operating a forklift is beneficial. High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
