The ideal candidates will be responsible for enhancing product quality,optimizing production processes, and supporting the introduction of newproducts and materials. These roles require a proactive approach toidentifying and solving production issues, maintaining high standards,and ensuring customer satisfaction.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nAnalyze and enhance the yield and utilization rates of quality products.\n\nStrive to improve the First Time Yield (FTY) rate, ensuring products meet quality standards on the first attempt.\n\nDevelop and implement effective monitoring systems for mass production processes.\n\nConduct thorough analysis to detect and address anomalies promptly.\n\nEvaluate risks associated with the introduction of new products, materials, processes, and equipment.\n\nDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring smooth integration.\n\nImplement corrective measures to address and resolve batch quality issues.\n\nAnalyze customer complaints thoroughly to identify root causes.\n\nDevelop and implement improvement plans to address and prevent recurrence of issues.\n\nProvide on-site support for mass production customers.\n\nEnsure compliance with quality standards and address any issues that arise during audits.\n\nMaintain an organized file system for all relevant documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible for reference and audit purposes.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree or higher in electrochemical engineering, engineering, material science, or related fields.
