What You’ll Do Support implementation of treatment plans: Deliver therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans created by a licensed Physical Therapist, adapting activities to meet each child’s unique developmental needs. Provide hands-on care: Work directly with children in-person, offering physical guidance and encouragement during therapy sessions. Document progress and observations: Accurately record session notes and report on the child’s response to treatment to help inform ongoing care. Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists: Maintain ongoing communication with supervising PTs, including those managing cases remotely, to ensure treatment progress and adjust as needed. Foster collaborative partnerships: Build strong relationships with school personnel, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Why Join Beam?
