The ideal candidate is a self-directed L&D professional who thrives without direct reports, brings strong instructional design skills, and excels at building relationships with brand teams, operations partners, and franchisees in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTraining Content & LMS Management\nDaily management and support for the organization, design, and maintenance of Unleashed Brands and brand-specific LMS sites; ensuring eLearning content is intuitive and engaging.\nPartner with brand teams to review, edit, and update training manuals, onboarding materials, and job aids.\nMonitor learner progress and provide reports to Senior Director of Learning & Development.\nMaintain organized documentation of all training updates and version control.\nProgram Support & Facilitation\nAssist with the delivery of training programs in both live and virtual formats, including New Franchisee Training.\nCoordinate logistics for training events, webinars, and workshops for brands.\nSupport the Senior Director of Learning & Development in building e-learning modules, video content, and workbooks.\nProvide direct feedback from franchisees and learners to inform content improvements.\nSafety & Compliance Training\nEnsure that safety training modules meet compliance standards and are consistently updated.\nPartner with brand operations leaders to integrate safety best practices into training content.\nTrack completion and compliance of mandatory safety training for franchisees and their staff.\nCollaboration & Project Support\nWork closely with brand leaders to identify training needs and prioritize updates.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, people team) to align training with broader business objectives.\nManage small-scale projects and timelines to ensure training deliverables are completed on time.\nQualifications:\n3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or instructional design (franchise experience preferred).\nExperience with a Learning Management platform.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results.\nExperience designing learning within multiple modalities (e.g., ILT, eLearning, video, job aids, etc.).\nExperience facilitating in-person and virtual training classes.\nExperience leading team members in building content in LMS.\nAbility to cultivate/build relationships and work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, efficiency, and quality focus.\nExperience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other related computer programs.\nExperience with Canva.\nExperience with video editing, such as Camtasia.\nExperience with Articulate and Rise 360.\nSuccess Profile:\nA detail-oriented project executor who ensures training content is accurate, updated, and accessible.\nA collaborator who partners effectively with brand leaders and cross-functional teams.\nA problem solver who identifies gaps in training and proactively recommends improvements.\nA team player eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced franchise environment.\nPerks:\nPaid bi-weekly\nCompany Paid Holidays\nFlexible Paid Time Off\nPaid Parental Leave\nMultiple health care insurance plans that cover medical, dental, prescription, vision, and employer HSA contributions\nCompetitive 401(k) Program with employer matching contributions\nDaily dress code of “business casual”\nA positive work environment\nAnd much, much more\nCompany Description\nUnleashed Brands was founded to curate and grow a portfolio of the most innovative and profitable brands that help kids learn, play and grow.
