You’ll work alongside dedicated, professional, and vigilant teammates. You'll safeguard the lives of Alstom employees and visitors, ensure the security of our sites and assets, and protect sensitive information within the CTDOT CTrail Hartford Line/CTrail Shore Line East projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including law enforcement, social services, and transit staff), coordinate comprehensive security measures, and much more.\nWe’ll look to you for:\nDevelopment and management of a strategic security program, including policy and procedure establishment,\nCoordination as the point of contact for CTDOT-approved security initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders,\nCollaboration with law enforcement and social service entities to address community challenges,\nMonitoring and identifying potential security threats, including soft target attacks,\nPreparation and provision of a System Security Plan in line with CTDOT’s SSP and TSA guidelines,\nParticipation in community outreach and directing law enforcement to areas of increased crime\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
