Your responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting servers and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n1. Table Maintenance:\n\nClear and reset tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.\n\nRemove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.\n\nWipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers.\n\n2. Assistance to Servers:\n\nAssist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing additional items to guests as needed.\n\nCommunicate with servers to ensure tables are prepared for new guests.\n\n3. Support to Kitchen Staff:\n\nAssist kitchen staff by transporting dishes from the kitchen to the dining area.\n\nEnsure that food orders are delivered to the correct tables.\n\n4. Organization and Restocking:\n\nKeep the server station and busser station clean and well-organized.\n\nRestock items such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed.\n\nEmpty trash receptacles and replace trash bags when necessary.\n\n5. Guest Interaction:\n\nInteract with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their requests and ensuring their needs are met.\n\nAddress guest inquiries and concerns, escalating them to servers or management when necessary.\n\n6. Cleaning and Maintenance:\n\nAssist with overall restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, and maintaining a tidy appearance.\n\nReport any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.\n\nQualifications:\n\nNo prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.\n\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\nWillingness to take direction and work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff.\n\nPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or bus tubs for extended periods.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nMust be able to lift trays of dishes and bus tubs weighing up to 30 pounds.\n\nAbility to stand, walk, and carry out physical tasks for extended periods.\n\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.\n\nCRG offers competitive compensation, including tips, and opportunities for advancement within our restaurants.
