About the RoleWe’re looking for someone creative, outgoing, tech-savvy, and highly hands-on to help bring the Pressed brand to life everywhere guests interact with us. One day you might be launching a new campaign or building an email blast; the next you’re in a cafe updating signage, merchandising a seasonal launch, fixing an outdated menu board, or helping open a new location.This role sits at the intersection of marketing, hospitality, operations, and guest experience. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to make sure the brand doesn’t just look good — it feels consistent, polished, energetic, and unmistakably Pressed across every touchpoint.You should love fast-paced environments, enjoy being in stores, and naturally notice the little things other people overlook. We want someone who takes initiative, moves quickly, solves problems without being asked, and gets excited about building systems that help a growing brand operate smarter.This is not a traditional corporate marketing role, and it’s not a purely technical one either. It’s for someone who likes to take ownership, create, execute, improve, organize, and actually see their work come to life in the real world.This role includes regular visits to cafe locations throughout NH and MA to maintain brand standards and collect operational insights. In-office collaboration at our Nashua, NH headquarters is expected 1-2 times per week minimum.What You'll DoDigital Menus & Visual PresenceMaintain and update digital menus, online ordering platforms, website content, and third-party delivery platformsEnsure menus, pricing, photos, and promotions are accurate, visually strong, and consistent across all channelsImprove presentation and clarity; help make the menus look as good as the food tastesCoordinate updates with operations and culinary teams to keep information current and organizedEmail & Direct MarketingBuild and manage email campaigns, automations, and promotional sendsSupport seasonal launches, LTOs, events, and brand campaignsSegment audiences and improve engagement over timeWork closely with ownership, Creative Director and Social Media Manager on messaging and toneWebsite & Digital PresenceOwn all website content and updates — keep it fresh, accurate, and visually strongKeep menus, hours, location information, promotions, and brand visuals accurate across all platforms including Google, Yelp, etcContinuously improve the online guest experience through better organization, visuals, and functionalityIn-Store Marketing & Brand ExperienceOversee in-store marketing execution across all locations — signage, seasonal displays, menu boards, and visual consistencyCoordinate the sourcing, production, and installation of marketing materials (print, digital, environmental)Partner with operations and culinary on new product launches, LTOs, and promotional rolloutsEnsure every cafe feels consistent, intentional, and reflective of the Pressed brandSupport new location openings with full in-store marketing setup and materialsBrand Campaigns & PromotionsDevelop and execute multi-channel campaigns (in-store, digital, email, community)Plan and manage a marketing calendar across locationsCoordinate with vendors, printers, and creative partnersOnline Reputation & Guest RelationsMonitor and respond to online reviews across platforms — turn friction into loyaltyManage digital guest communication with the same hospitality we bring in personWork with operations to surface patterns and insights from guest feedbackMaintain consistent brand messaging everywhere guests interact with usAnalytics & ReportingTrack performance across email, web, and digital channelsReport on what’s working and what’s not — without burying the leadTest, refine, and optimize marketing efforts over time without overcomplicating thingsWhat You Bring5+ years in marketing, brand, or content-driven rolesExperience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands strongly preferredComfortable with the full picture: in-store execution and digital channelsStrong eye for brand consistency and in-store presentationPhotography and video skills are a huge plus Strong writing skills — you can write copy that sounds human, not a press releaseYou like ownership — if something feels broken, inefficient, or off-brand, you fix itMove fast without cutting cornersYou notice things other people don’t — you can walk into a cafe and immediately notice crooked signage, outdated menus, bad lighting, or inconsistent brandingComfortable spending time in restaurant environments and interacting with teamsWhy This Role Is ExcitingHigh visibility with direct access to ownershipReal creative latitude — you’ll actually shape how the brand landsRapid growth with significant opportunity to grow alongside the companyYou won’t be stuck in a lane - this role touches nearly every part of the brandWe are a team that genuinely cares about food, hospitality, experience, and building something great togetherWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
