Reporting to the Inventory and Quality Assistant Manager, this position collaborates with various stakeholders to optimize operational performance and maintain high-quality standards.\nYour Impact\nSupervise the inventory control workforce, including performance evaluation, scheduling, and development initiatives.\nEnsure quality, accuracy, and completeness of inventory control activities, including reconciling stock counts to reports.\nConduct daily inventory analysis to identify and resolve inventory challenges promptly.\nCoordinate cycle count programs and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) controls and internal audit requirements.\nCollaborate with internal and external auditors as necessary to support inventory control measures.\nExecute and monitor all quality assurance programs, including 2.5 AQL Single Sampling Plan Inspections for incoming shipments.\nMaintain inspection data, including collection, recording, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.\nCommunicate inspection status and results with stakeholders, addressing any deviations from quality standards promptly.\nSupervise inspectors and ensure calibration between inspectors to maintain consistent quality assurance standards.\nMaintain libraries for all specifications and confirmation samples to support quality assurance processes.\nWe’d love to hear from people with\nSolid English language skills in both oral and written communication, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish being advantageous.\nPossesses good people and management skills, with a proven ability to coach and organize projects with staff.\nProficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting written instructions, including safety rules, operating manuals, and procedure manuals.\nDemonstrates proficiency in core computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.\nExhibits strong self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.\nWhat We'll Give You –\nCompetitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.\nFinancial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
