No referral fees will be entertained.Work Authorization: US CITIZEN and Greencard ONLY!!!OnisteBachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural EngineeringMust have minimum 4 years of experience in tooling, operations or systems analyst role working with Airtable including admin-level capabilities, integrations and automation features.Must have advanced Airtable skills including: Configuring relational database design, interfaces and user experience designClient Job Description:Collaborate with Product, UI/UX Design, PMO and Engineering teams to manage and optimize Airtable, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and SharePoint tools for Product and Tech cross-team workflows including but not limited to Intake, Prioritization, Planning, Delivery and ReportingOwn the operational setup, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution of these tools ensuring they are consistently available, reliable and ready for teams to useBuild scalable interfaces using Airtable Interfaces for different stakeholder groupsImplement automations using Airtable Automations and integrations (e.g., Slack, Jira, APIs).Optimize performance, usability and data integrity across basesDevelop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for tooling to support change management and adoption of small continuous improvements and larger scale changes across a team of +300 for Product and +3500 for all of Global StreamingAct as the point person for tooling-related questions, troubleshooting and best practicesTranslate diverse, cross-functional stakeholder requirements into scalable tooling solutionsProvide support to the Product organization through organizing and standardizing team onboarding and learning and development materials to empower Product & DesignRequirements: Must have minimum 4 years of experience in tooling, operations or systems analyst role working with Airtable including admin-level capabilities, integrations and automation featuresMust have advanced Airtable skills including:Configuring relational database design, interfaces and user experience designExperience scaling Airtable across multiple teams and org-wide deploymentsStrong understanding of Airtable limitations and performance optimizationAbility to debug workflows and optimize systemsMust have excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate complex tooling setups into understandable terms for diverse stakeholders across many levelsMinimum 2 years of experience in Product, Technology or MediaProven experience working with Atlassian including Jira and ConfluenceStrong requirements gathering and process mapping skillsSuperb written and verbal communication, presentation and meeting facilitation skills
