Senior Tandem Developer

Analyze and evaluate complex business problems and their impact within transaction processing and back-office application systems.Create and develop system applications utilizing standard concepts, practices and procedures.Test applications to ensure high quality and performance to required specifications.Coordinate and implement new system installations. Perform system walk-through of technical and operational features for new or existing systems.Resolve software support issues related to application design specifications.Effectively communicate technical information to on-shore and off-shore team members and to non-technical audiences.Follow established standards and procedures to develop reliable low-maintenance source code.Create and maintain application design specifications as needed and report to a development manager.Monitor upcoming new development activity for potential impact to overall environment.Work with Business Analysts to refine project functional requirement documentation.
