Our Maintenance Management Office (MMO) is seeking a Process Control Analyst (PCA) to join our Jacksonville Team!\nJob Summary\nThe Process Control Analyst (PCA) is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to make decisions that improve Marine Corps Military Equipment (ME) readiness, maintenance quality, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will analyze and display data to allow decision making based on maintenance history and quality performance data. The PCA will conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety messages, validation of modification application on Marine Corps Military Equipment (Motor Transport, Engineers, Ordnance and Communication Electronics)\nRoles and Responsibilities\nInterpret and communicate technical manual requirements to workforce and management.\nAnalyze and display Global Combat Support Systems Marine Corps and SSDM data to ensure that equipment is ready for delivery to the customer.\nMonitor and update the Quality Management Data Base (eQMS).\nConduct Root Cause Analysis, Corrective, and Preventive Actions for customer-generated quality non-conformance in a timely manner.\nInterpret the Statement of Work (SOW) and ensure proper application within KBR operations.\nServe as liaison to government Quality Assurance Equipment Specialists, facilitating and maintaining an excellent working relationship with all government counterparts.\nMonitor the activities of all personnel engaged in the input, receipt, and dissemination of GCSS-MC and related reports.\nUse and interpret GCSS-MC reports to identify maintenance status, trends, and process deficiencies.\nAssist in the preparation of Maintenance ISO work instructions, Maintenance Management inspections, and inspection reports.\nCoordinate with management to train employees on the techniques and tools to identify, analyze, and lead efforts to solve problems and to provide improved customer satisfaction.\nConduct classes on maintenance management subjects.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous process improvements.\nEstablish and lead teams to work on process improvement initiatives.\nDocument team progress.\nCollect, monitor, display, interpret, and communicate process metrics to the senior management team.\nAchieve quality performance and productivity goals.\nProvide coordination with other groups to accomplish tasks outside normal areas of responsibility.\nDevelop and implement new maintenance management processes/procedures as needed.\nConduct meetings and technical presentations.\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\nBasic Qualifications\nMust be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for this position.\nMust be a High School graduate or equivalent with at least 6 years of directly related work experience in USMC Quality Control and/or Maintenance field.\nRequires the ability to use and navigate GCSS-MC or equivalent system.\nMust possess working knowledge of MCO 4790.2_, MCO 4400.150_, GCSS-MC, and GCSS-MC generated reports.\nMust have analytical ability combined with knowledge and application of quality assurance principles and techniques.\nRequires thorough knowledge and understanding of maintenance management functional areas.\nMust possess working knowledge of DOD publications and associated resources to include TDM-Publications.\nRequires strong written and oral communication skills.\nMust be able to use standard commercial word processing, database, spreadsheet, and statistical software applications.\nMust comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIn-depth understanding of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and orders.\nFamiliar with Six Sigma or other process improvement methods.\nUSMC MOS 0411, 3510, 3529, 2110, 2149, 1341, or 1349, 2800 or Army 915; 919, 91X.\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
