This role primarily involves electrical and mechanical maintenance in a field of automation and warehouse system management.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nKeep all E80 system components running smoothly through regular inspections and maintenance, whether scheduled or due to breakdowns.\n\nCarry out preventive maintenance tasks.\n\nPerform corrective maintenance or troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines.\n\nCalibrate or configure individual machines or devices.\n\nHandle partial or complete upgrades or modifications on outdated systems.\n\nPrepare reports and spare parts lists after completing work.\n\nMonitor the E80 system's performance, reporting any problems or issues to the appropriate managers.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred; a background in Mechatronics is considered a strong plus.\n\nExperience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred, with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes.\n\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise in field operations.\n\nAbility to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required.\n\nExcellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to other technical professionals and cross functional stakeholders.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team oriented environment.\n\nWhat's In It For You\nCompensation : $35/hour - $42/hour DOE (FLSA non-exempt)\n\nTravel : Up to 75%\n\nNot just a job, but Career Growth : Our steady year-over-year growth has fostered a culture of talent development where we constantly create opportunities for you to learn, grow, and feel empowered to realize your full potential, whichever career path you choose.\n\nE80 World Academy : Prepare to be wowed by our innovative training and learning paths.
