The Territory Manager strives to achieve assigned territory sales goals through partnerships with tire wholesalers, distributors and dealers.Key AccountabilitiesAct as primary contact for Hankook Tire America to dealer network within geographic area as assignedInform dealers of all essential Hankook programs, policies and new productsHandle all dealer issues and concerns, maintaining excellent customer serviceTrain and work with dealer personnel as requiredObtain current market information and trends in order to maintain awareness of competitionEstablish Hankook Tire brand awarenessProspect new businessMonitor territory sales performanceSubmit all reports as requiredAttend industry trade shows as neededAny other duties/responsibilities as assigned by ManagementLevel of AccountabilitiesResponsible for managing sales for a specific geographic territoryBuilds relationships with decision makers at wholesalers, distributors, and dealersCore CompetenciesOrganizational and follow-up skillsQualificationsMinimum 5 years outside sales experienceValid driver's licenseIndustry experience requiredMust be able to travel 70% of the timeMust live or be willing to relocate to Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South DakotaDISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
