May use industrial floor care equipment.\nOperates industrial type cleaning equipment and tools such as vacuum cleaners, floor sweeper/scrubber, mops, brooms, rubber wiper, scrapers, and various other hand tools.\nWashes, cleans, disinfects, deodorizes, and maintains restrooms in a clean and sanitary condition.\nReplenishes toilet tissue, towel, soap, and deodorizes as required.\nDusts, waxes and polishes office furniture. Performs high and low dusting.\nWashes windows, walls, door panels, vents, grills, pipes, etc.\nEmpties wastebaskets and empties and cleans other waste receptacles.\nProvides setup and breakdown support of events such as tables and chairs.\nMoves trash, scraps, and other material to pick up points.\nUses chemicals and cleaning solutions as required.\nResponds to spills or urgent requests in a timely manner.\nFollows all quality standards and processes.\nPerforms all other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications & Prior Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n2-3 of professional cleaning experience.
