Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nServe as in person supervisor to current clients / RBTs in a \"BCBA\" capacity while receiving oversight and mentorship from BCBAs\nProvides up to 30 hours hours doing \"BCBA\" related tasks\nProvides 10 hours of direct therapy / RBT services to clients\nSupporting new hire BT/RBT training as needed\nProactively manage and develop RBT staff\n\nEducation and Experience\nBACB Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required\nA Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices\nPending BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within 1 year of offer\nPossess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.\nPrevious experience in supervision preferred.\nAdditional Eligibility Requirements\nMust abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB\nMust abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom\nMust have reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone\nWork positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff\nDemonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude\nRequires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate effectively, both oral and written\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and\nde-escalate situations with clients.\nProlonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, squatting, running and/or\nsitting in order to interact with clients.\nMust be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds to assist with client positioning or mobility.\nAdequate vision and hearing are needed to work with clients and staff.\nEye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment and other\nnecessary tools.\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to meet the physical requirements and perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
