In this role, you will oversee wet etch process operations, ensure stable and high-quality manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.This is a critical leadership position responsible for sustaining process control, improving yield and quality, supporting capacity expansion, leading process development and technology transfers, and executing cost-reduction strategies.
