The ideal candidate will apply business acumen and knowledge to partner with cross‑functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives.\nResponsibilities Conducts analysis of current and future business environment using established guidelines.\nDevelop forecasts, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans.\nDevelops and maintains basic Business System factory definition for manufacturing planning.\nContributes to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages.\nMonitors performance against established labor hour estimates.\nAssists in the development of integrated tool and production master schedules by developing tool and position plan documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans, #1 flows, and tool sequencing plans to maximize the efficiency of equipment, material and personnel.\nIdentifies and implements improvements to processes by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and support company improvement initiatives.\nAnalyzes changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events.\nAssesses the impact of the changes on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.\nGathers and analyzes shop performance metrics to support a recommended plan of action for Production and Tooling Management.\nBasic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math.\n3 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment.\nPreferred Qualifications 3 or more years of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n3 or more years of experience working in a team environment.\n3 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.\n3 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.\n5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience developing metrics to drive results and business improvements.\nExperience in project management.\nProficiency in structured problem solving.\nConflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nUnion Representation This is a union‑represented position.
