This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, maintains executive organization, and helps ensure the smooth execution of both executive and team priorities. Knowledge of compliance or regulatory experience a plus but not required.\n\nAnnual compensation: $80K - $100K USD\n\nWhat you'll be doing\nManage a complex executive calendar, including scheduling regular meetings, communicating with other company EAs, and proactively prioritizing meetings and adjusting schedule in response to changing business needs using MS Teams\nCreate, maintain and update presentations in MS PowerPoint with precision and professional visual appeal.\nCapture meeting minutes for executive and steering committee meetings and track follow-up action items.\nManage and assist with travel arrangements and create travel itineraries, responding quickly and effectively when plans change.\nServe as delegate for approvals when the Head of Compliance is unavailable, including expense reports, trip reports, and other delegated actions.\nServe as a trusted partner to the Head of Compliance by proactively tracking high-priority initiatives, monitoring open action items, following up on outstanding commitments, and helping ensure critical work remains on schedule.\nSupport both the annual training campaign and ongoing new hire training initiatives by: serving as an administrator to the tool, preparing training reports, assisting with system testing, sending reminder emails, and escalating past due situations.\nMonitor Compliance inbox and route inquiries appropriately or respond directly where appropriate.\nManage Compliance calendar(s) relating to content, training, and projects to ensure key activities remain on schedule.\nSend follow ups and reminders to the team to collect news articles, monthly Compliance Champion nominations, and manager communications. Manage Champion list and contact information.\nServe as back-up administrator for Diligent tool and other Compliance tools, including gifts and hospitality, and third-party due diligence.\nMaintain Compliance team folders and provide project support.\nLead planning and coordination of Compliance team events.\n\nWhat you have\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\nLegally eligible to work in the United States.\nComfortable balancing executive support (primary responsibility) with Compliance team operational support\nStrong knowledge and experience of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams\nComfortable using AI tools such as MS Copilot and able to learn techniques to be more efficient through AI\nStrong technical skills; easily able to adapt to new tools.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nStrong self-organization and time management skills.\nProactive mindset; takes initiative to ensure that not only requested tasks are completed, but that team goals are achieved.\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs, work independently, and exercise sound judgement with minimal direction\nArticulate, confident, and comfortable interacting with individuals of all levels.\nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.\nBuilds trust, is appropriately assertive when required and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm.\nProfessional presence with ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information appropriately\nResilience, with ability to remain effective in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.\nFamiliarity with the IT industry.\nExcellent English spoken and written communication skills.\nComfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language.\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic.\nTeam-oriented approach and mindset.\n\nWhat you can expect\nThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
