We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.\n\nIn the role of Highway Transportation EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:\n\nWork on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects\nTake responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimates\nProvide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications and calculations\nPerform other duties as needed\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nEngineer in Training (EIT) certificate\nProficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with Highways and Roads engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil3d\nCandidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression\n\n#LI-SG4\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field\nAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must\n\nWhat We Believe\nHDR is our company.
