They lead cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects. This role sits within Quality Systems, Controls, eSystems, and Project Management disciplines and is focused on the implementation of an enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Primary responsibilities include leading the end-to-end implementation of a PLM solution aligned with core business needs, while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. This role oversees project planning, execution, and on-time delivery, including system validation, data and records migration from legacy systems, and integration with enterprise systems. The Project Manager serves as the central coordination point among cross-functional stakeholders, system users, IT teams, system integrators, and external vendors to ensure the solution meets business, technical, and regulatory requirements. This role is critical to ensure a successful transition to a modern PLM platform while preserving the integrity, compliance, and usability of enterprise product data and quality system records. Key Areas of Responsibility:Technical Responsibilities:Lead development of the project charter and management plan; direct, manage, monitor, and control project activities Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage project scope; create detailed Work Breakdown Structure Develop and manage project schedules, including Gantt charts, critical path, and milestones Monitor and maintain project costs within budget Create and maintain project quality plans Develop and manage risk management plans, including mitigation strategies Support procurement planning and partner selection Assign and manage cross-functional resources; define roles and responsibilities Develop stakeholder management and communication plans Project Delivery:Lead the full lifecycle of PLM implementation from initiation through go-live and stabilization Ensure delivery of milestones on time, within scope, and within budget Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and business impacts Ensure quality system procedures are updated to reflect new workflows Lead transition to support teams with effective knowledge transfer PLM Implementation and Integration:Manage implementation of the PLM system aligned with business requirements Lead current-state assessment and future-state process design Oversee migration of data and records from legacy systems ensuring integrity and traceability Plan and coordinate integration with other enterprise systems Ensure PLM supports core processes such as document control, change management, and lifecycle governance Develop migration, cutover, deployment, and rollback plans Validation and Compliance:Execute projects in a regulated environment ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Manage Computer System Validation (CSV) lifecycle including validation documentation Maintain audit-ready documentation throughout the project Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management:Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and external partners Provide regular project updates to leadership and governance bodies Drive change management, communication, and training efforts Ensure readiness for go-live and support adoption Minimize business disruption through structured rollout and support Vendor and Partner Management:Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to meet project goals Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, and quality Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks Knowledge and Capabilities:Strong relationship-building skills across functions High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution ability Results-driven with ability to manage tight timelines Effective team leadership and resource management Ability to influence without direct authority Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills Sound judgment and decision-making under ambiguity Growth mindset and adaptability Ability to lead in a matrixed environment Preferred Qualifications:Skills:Experience leading enterprise system implementations (PLM, ERP, MES, or similar) Experience with system integrations and data migration Understanding of validation processes in regulated environments Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into execution plans Experience managing complexity and competing priorities Certifications:PMP or equivalent preferred Relevant PLM or system certification preferred Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experienceRegardsVishnu Das Natesandvishnu@radiants.com
