This full-time, on-site role based in Iselin, NJ involves managing key partnerships, identifying new alliance opportunities, and devising strategies to expand the brand's reach. The role also includes leading negotiations, fostering relationships with partners, and delivering measurable results for the organization.We're looking for a deal-closing powerhouse to sign leading consumer brands onto our platform. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role — no team management, just pure partnership building.What You'll Do:Find, pitch, and close brand partnerships across all major categoriesOwn deals from first outreach to signed contractBuild relationships with decision-makers at major brandsNegotiate voucher deals (discounts, cashback, exclusive codes)Ensure signed brands go live on our platformWhat are we looking for5+ years in brand partnerships, BD, or commercial salesTrack record of closing deals with well-known consumer brandsStrong negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyExcellent communication skillsBonus: Experience with loyalty, cashback, or voucher platformsCompensationOTE: $150K – $250K+ (uncapped commissions!)Base: $55K – $65KPerksWireless serviceUncapped earning potentialDirector-level titlePlatform perks from day oneFamily Wireless & Travel DiscountA product that sells itself — users love exclusive discounts, and brands love engaged, voucher-hungry audiences.Ready to build the biggest brand voucher network in the market?We want to hear from closers.
