Maintains inventory levels and assists in shipping and receiving products and materials in the warehouse.\r\nWhat you’ll do:Specific Duties and Responsibilities:\r\nPerforms manual duties as assigned or advised.\r\nLoads and unloads tanker trucks/rail cars, common carriers and customer vehicles using forklift and other required equipment.\r\nShips and receives products according to company’s procedures and requirements.\r\nAssists in the maintenance of the warehouse facility.\r\nServes on company’s in-plant or off-site emergency response team.\r\nPlaces hazardous materials or waste into appropriate containers.\r\nReceives, unloads and places into storage hazardous waste received from off-site generators; completes inspections and paperwork associated with receiving and storing hazardous waste.\r\nAccurately manages hazardous waste while inside container storage area or otherwise under company responsibility or controls.\r\nPrepares for shipment and loads hazardous waste destined for off-site recycling/disposal facilities; completes inspections and paperwork associated with shipping hazardous waste.\r\nPackaging into drum and totes\r\nPerforms blending of multiple products (splash blending)\r\nCleans and maintains warehouse/tank farm and equipment.\r\nAdheres to company quality processes, as applicable.\r\nAssists to resolve product quality issues in an efficient and timely manner, as applicable.\r\nPerforms all other duties as the need arises.\r\nComplies with all company policies, rules and guidelines.\r\nWhat you’ll need:Ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift according to company procedures and governmental regulations\r\nAbility to use and maintain respiratory protection equipment\r\nAbility to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes, with training\r\nPhysical ability to lift and carry at least 100 lb. net bags for short distances\r\nAbility to read, write, count, understand, and speak English\r\nPhysical ability to tilt back or break 800 lb. net drums onto a dolly as well as stand and walk for long periods of time\r\nExposure to fumes, dirt, noise and hazardous chemicals on a daily basis\r\nTest negative on the company’s drug tests\r\nPay and benefits:The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location\r\nAvailable employee benefits include health, vision, dental coverage, along with industry-leading retirement and time off programs; benefits vary in accordance with the respective CBA\r\nWhat you can expect:Strongwork/life flexibility\r\nTo be surrounded by an inclusive team who is collaborative and committed to the achievement of the company\r\nTo be rewarded for your contributions with atargeted annual company bonus (if applicable to your role)andannual salary reviews.
