This is a hands-on role where you'll configure banking workflows, manage client relationships, and directly impact how millions of customers interact with their financial institutions.\nAs an Implementation Architect, you'll be the bridge between our powerful platform and our clients' vision, turning complex banking requirements into seamless digital experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and customize banking workflows including account opening, onboarding, maintenance, and lending applications using our no-code platform\nBuild forms, set up integrations, and create business rules that meet specific regulatory and operational requirements\nLead client calls and manage multiple concurrent implementations with competing deadlines\nManage complex, high-impact projects that enhance essential banking services, including account onboarding, customer maintenance, treasury services, and lending processes\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how to fully leverage Prelim's platform to streamline operations and drive measurable business outcomes\nProvide strategic insights and feedback to product teams, contributing to ongoing platform improvements and innovation\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams across multiple client organizations\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail\nTechnical skills in a scripting language\nExcellent communication abilities - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure\nQuick learner who can master new technical concepts independently\nLegally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States\nNice to Haves\nExperience with no-code/low-code platforms or workflow automation tools\nPrevious consulting or professional services experience\nAbout Prelim:\nPrelim is a San Francisco and New York City-based startup that operates with fully remote positions across the US, helping banks onboard their customers.
