This position plays a key role in ensuring tires are properly categorized for recycling, processing, resale, or disposal while maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.\r\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect used tires for damage, tread depth, and overall condition.\r\nSort tires by size, type, quality, and designated processing category.\r\nIdentify and remove debris or tires that do not meet processing standards.\r\nMaintain production and quality goals in a fast-paced environment.\r\nFollow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.\r\nAssist with loading, unloading, and moving tires throughout the facility.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\r\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management.\r\nQualifications & Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the shift.\r\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform physical labor for extended periods.\r\nPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, production, or tire industry experience preferred but not required.\r\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\r\nDependable attendance and reliable transportation required.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nWork Environment:Indoor and outdoor work environment.\r\nExposure to varying weather conditions, dust, dirt, machinery, and industrial noise.\r\nRequired use of PPE and adherence to all safety procedures.\r\nDress Code & Safety Requirements:Steel-toe boots are required and must be worn at all times.\r\nLong pants are required; no shorts, leggings, sweatpants, or athletic wear.\r\nShirts must have sleeves; no tank tops or cut-off shirts.\r\nSafety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other PPE must be worn as required by company policy.\r\nNo loose-fitting clothing that could become caught in machinery.\r\nHair longer than shoulder length must be tied back.\r\nNo open-toed shoes, Crocs, sandals, slides, or canvas shoes.\r\nJewelry should be kept to a minimum for safety purposes.\r\nEmployees must maintain a professional appearance and comply with all facility safety guidelines.\r\nAdditional Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.\r\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\r\nAbility to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.\r\nAbility to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions as needed.\r\nApply online and/or text #GradeOff to (678) 271-6779 to get started.
