Corporate - Marketing Intern

CarePoint is looking for a Marketing Intern who's passionate about and skilled in creating engaging content - from short- and long-form videos to compelling written pieces for our website and social media channels - and can work in a fast-paced environment. This ongoing internship pays $20-$25/hour, depending on education and experience. You can expect to work 10-15 hours/week. Additional information about the role and CarePoint: Position Summary You'll play a key role in developing content that captures CarePoint's mission, celebrates our physicians and advanced practice providers, and inspires prospective clinicians and business partners to connect with us. Position Requirements Education: Completion of a bachelor's degree or at least two years of undergraduate work in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field of study Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Ability to leverage AI tools to create and enhance contentSkilled in capturing compelling photos and video, and proficient with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) to produce polished, professional contentAbility to use graphic-design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign) to create graphics for different usesSkilled at writing for different mediums, including website, social media, and emailWorking knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite)Desire to work in a fast-paced environment at a growing healthcare companyStrong verbal and written communication skillsOrganization and time management skills ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with CarePoint's senior marketing manager to achieve defined goalsDevelop engaging written and visual content for CarePoint's website, social media channels, email campaigns, and internal audiencesAssist with social media strategy and execution, including planning, posting, and performance trackingSupport creative campaigns aimed at attracting top clinical talent and new business clientsHelp identify opportunities to repurpose and amplify content across multiple mediumsOther duties as assigned About CarePoint CarePoint's mission is to promote, provide, and preserve the quality, compassion, and value of care.
