This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the full spectrum of intelligence disciplines, including Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). The engineer enables operational effectiveness by integrating advanced intelligence systems, conducting tailored user training, and identifying and addressing technology capability gaps.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide intelligence analysis support leveraging knowledge of HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and all-source intelligence.\nApply a thorough understanding of SOCOM and Joint Staff intelligence analysis principles, cycles, and operational integration.\nServe as a subject matter expert to train end users on SOF-specific Programs of Record and commercial/government mission technologies.\nDevelop and conduct customized training courses based on unit-specific intelligence needs.\nAdapt quickly to evolving technologies and ensure new capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the host unit's intelligence production processes.\nProvide intelligence and operations briefings to senior leaders and support operational mission planning.\nCollaborate with geographically dispersed teams, supported units, and Combatant Command intelligence entities.\nContribute to the operational relevance and sustainment of software capabilities, ensuring ongoing utility to intelligence missions.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n4+ years of experience communicating intelligence and operational information to senior leaders.\n4+ years of analytical experience in HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT, or at least two intelligence disciplines.\n3+ years of experience with:\nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)\nAnalyst Notebook\nM3 or similar research tools (Catapult, Palantir, FADE)\nHOT-R or CHROME (CounterintelligenceHUMINT management tools)\nDemonstrated ability to train and support SOF personnel on intelligence systems.\nExperience working in support of deployed or forward-positioned military intelligence units.\nExperience briefing and communicating complex intelligence and operational information to senior leaders.\nExperience leading and managing Field Support Engineers (FSEs) and intelligence teams across geographically dispersed locations.\nDemonstrated ability to implement and sustain intelligence systems and train end users.\nExtensive knowledge of SOCOM intelligence systems and integration within Joint Operational Environments.\nExperience in capability gap identification and coordination with Combatant Command intelligence activities.\nACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility required\nPreferred SkillsTools:\nExperience with intelligence fusion systems, link analysis, and all-source intelligence workflows.\nFamiliarity with SOF-specific intelligence systems and mission sets.\nKnowledge of emerging technologies and integration strategies within the intelligence domain.\nAbility to develop concise intelligence products tailored to operational needs.\nSkilled in mentoring junior engineers or analysts in intelligence toolsets and processes.\nClearance Required\nTS/SCI\nEducation Bachelor's degree Preferred\nS2Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
