Create and consolidate KPI's for plant areas, understand GAP's and assist in building plans for improvement.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nIdentify and capture efficiency improvements\n\nFind opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.\n\nPlan and execute projects to capture gains from identified opportunities.\n\nDevelop and budget equipment, devices, benches, and movement means.\n\nFocus on optimizing resource use (labor and cost) and creating efficient production flow.\n\nImplement and monitor productivity improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing or other indicated methodologies.\n\nParticipate in the critical analysis and formulation of the annual investment plan for operational units.\n\nDevelop and implement projects to improve manufacturing processes and products.\n\nReduce costs and optimize resources through critical analysis and action planning.\n\nSize and quantify the workforce at operational centers during project analysis.\n\nBuild and validate master production data.\n\nEnsure data accuracy in the SAP system.\n\nPrepare presentations according to project tools and present to approval committees.\n\nPosition Specifications and Requirements\n\nAcademic education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Plastic or Industrial (desirable).\n\nSkills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI.\n\nExperience: Proven experience in plastic injection molding process, molds, machines and conceptions.
