Machine OperatorSchedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)Pay: $20.00 – $22.00/hourPosition OverviewWe are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a team setting, and consistently meet production and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery safely and efficientlyMonitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality standards are metPerform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as neededInspect finished products for accuracy and defectsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesQualificationsPrevious machine operation or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksPay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
