Be adequately cross trained in various functions on small hydraulic machines.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines in our manufacturing facility.\nResponsibilities:\n- Set up machinery for operation\n- Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance\n- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions\n- Required to understand the differences between operating small hydraulic die stations, such as notch, mash, saw, presses\n- Perform quality control checks\n- Keep records of production quantities and time\n- Ensure the machine operates efficiently\nSkills:\n- Experience with hand tools and precision measuring instruments\n- Knowledge of machining processes such as milling and fabrication\n- Ability to read blueprints\n- Proficiency in using various tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing products\n- Understanding of warehouse operations related to machine parts storage\n- Strong attention to detail and quality control practices\n-MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:\n- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\n- Ability to read standard and metric tape measure\nEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:\n- One to three years related manufacturing experience preferred.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision and efficiency are key.
