Other relevant essential functions may be required.\n\nWhat you need:\n5+ years of experience with web/UI development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and distributed application environments\n5+ years of J2EE development on IBM WebSphere Commerce\n2+ years of experience leading development efforts on major projects\nStrong hands on experience with Java, EJB, JMS, JSP, Web Services, SOAP, and XML\nExperience with at least one major database (DB2, MS SQL Server, or Oracle)\nSolid understanding of object oriented design and UML\nProven ability to deliver projects through a formal SDLC\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management\nHighly organized, detail oriented, self motivated, and able to work under pressure\nPreferred\nExperience with DB2 and/or MS SQL Server\nKnowledge of IBM development tools\nPrior eCommerce and SOA experience\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\nRole Location: Texas\nCompensation Range: $81,000-$122,000\n\nBenefits\nFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
