Administrative Support ProfessionalAs an Administrative Support Professional, you will positively impact client satisfaction through flawless execution, project management and administrative support for three sixty Business Managers, Analysts and other three sixty personnel.Essential Job Functions:Administrative Support: Managing Kroger and internal systems (ex. 1worldsync, VIP, Levante, DemandTec)Prepare and submit documentation & forms (ex. IMF, Contracts, etc.)Support client payment reconciliation processExpert use of computer applications, ex. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TeamsClient Support and Engagement: Support the development of client & Kroger presentationsSupport the development and management of promotional plansCollaboration with Kroger procurement team on purchase ordersCommunicate with Kroger, Clients and internally in a professional mannerReporting & Analytics: Create & distribute weekly & period scorecardsCreate & distribute inventory reportingUpdate and maintain item gridsProject Management: Manage and communicate progress and timelines on assigned tasks & projectsIndependently recognize and set prioritiesAbility to work independently and with limited supervisionWork effectively with cross-functional teams to accomplish common goalsMinimum Position Qualifications:4-year degree in Business Marketing, Operations, Economics or equivalent educationMust be one to take initiative & solve problemsExceptional organizational skillsSkill and diplomacy in dealing with peopleExperience handling customer inquiries and issuesAble to interactKnowledge of internet, email and web-based applicationsMust have strong Microsoft application skills, specifically proficient with editing and creating Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to learn new programsAdapt to advancing technology and Kroger systemsMinimum Physical Abilities:Must be able to perform essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable Accommodations Must be able to: remain standing/sitting for several hours at a timelift 10-15 lbs. occasionallyDesired Previous Job Experience:Administrative support position in office environmentData analysis and reporting experienceRetail or grocery experience in a HQ environmentCompetencies/Skills:Some of the Competencies/Skills required to successfully perform this position are:Adaptability – Effectively adjusting to changes in tasks, processes, or work environments.Building Strategic Working Relationships – Building collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve goals.Building Trust – interacting with Kroger suppliers and employees in a way that gives Kroger management confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.Communication – Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to Kroger and P.L.
