Senior HVAC Chiller Technician
Senior HVAC TechnicianABM is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to oversee day-to-day field execution of commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This role is primarily field-based and responsible for supervising technicians and subcontractors, coordinating daily work activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are installed according to scope, schedule, and specifications. The Senior HVAC Technician is a working leader who provides direct oversight in the field, supports project management teams, and serves as the primary on-site authority for workmanship, safety, and productivity. This position also supports the project management function with budgeted cost, contracted scope and completed execution of services on-time; it does not carry full project financial ownership or P&L responsibility but is focused on quality and execution, rather than administrative project management.Pay: $32 - $36 per hour pay rateShift: Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM EST, on call for weekendsThe pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.
