You power Sagent!Technical Quality Assurance SR We are currently looking for a Technical Quality Assurance SR to join a talented team of engineers at Sagent! This role plays an important part in our company's development process as you participate in operational direction and overall governance of all quality assurance testing and related projects for our mortgage servicing platforms. You will work hand in hand with other Quality Engineers and Software Developers and adhere to our high-quality standards which ensure all system bugs and malfunctions are identified and corrected prior to release. Our team will provide you with the best tools, resources and compensation to get the job done…and enjoy every minute of it.Your Day-to-Day at Sagent:Build and align work to defined testing processesOwn various testing procedures such as functional testing, regression testing, sanity & smoke testing for each release cycle of the productDrive a feedback loop mechanism to ensure the best software development practices are followed to improve overall qualityPerform analysis of upcoming releases to understand the requirements from the perspective of completion, testability, and ease of understandingPerform test results analysis, post execution of testing, and provide feedback on areas of improvements in qualityPerform defect trend analysis during and after release and provide detailed report on risks and lessons learnedProvide QA Testing estimates for new releases based on QA lifecycle Create test strategies for planned releasesAct as gatekeeper and sign off on all releases that are ready for production or Product Team’s Testing (or any internal / client testing)Be an advocate of automation, responsible for maintaining the existing test automation framework and improving it on regular basisResponsible for augmenting automated test cases after every release to maximize the benefits of test automationWe'd love to hear from you if you have:4-year college degree + 6 years of experience in applicable field; OR Completion of advance degree (master or higher) in applicable and relevant field + 4 years of related experience in applicable field or Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.Experience with API TestingFamiliar with Azure DevOps toolsExperience executing and monitoring test cases Work with agile methodology tools to monitor test plansPrevious experience working with Burndown ChartsMortgage and Financial Experience is a Plus.Perks!As a Sagent Associate, you will be eligible to participate in our benefit programs beginning on Day #1!
