Available Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM — $24.00/hr 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $25.00/hr 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM — $26.00/hr Position Summary: The Mixing Operator works in a manufacturing environment operating and monitoring mixing tanks and production processes. This role is responsible for accurately preparing batches according to detailed instructions while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate mixing tank controls, valves, and production equipmentSet mixing speeds, pump settings, and water temperatures per batch requirementsRead and follow detailed Product Instruction Sheets and batch formulasMonitor tank scales and ensure proper operationAccurately record chemical usage and batch adjustmentsInspect, clean, and tag production holding tanksTransfer finished batches according to production scheduleVerify raw materials prior to use and follow all safety proceduresComplete SAP transactions for raw material tracking and inventoryPerform cycle counts and assist with material reconciliationTest samples according to SOPs and quality requirementsRetrieve and stage raw materials for production as neededMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with all proceduresPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent2–3 years of high-volume manufacturing experience required1+ year of chemical processing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftAbility to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)Repetitive bending and physical activity requiredBasic math and problem-solving skillsExperience with SAP or inventory systems preferredMust follow all PPE requirements (contact lenses not permitted)Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills If you're looking for a high-responsibility manufacturing role with strong pay and growth opportunity, apply today through Adecco!
