Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive insurance products. Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new product offerings. Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential clients and expand the customer base. Assist bilingual or multilingual clients by providing clear communication in their preferred language. Requirements Proven experience in sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close deals. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
