(MTSI) is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer Analyst to join our team, primarily working on-site in classified spaces within NSWC-Crane facilities in Central Indiana. You will help meet the requirements of our expanding customer base at NSWC-Crane and establish the nucleus for an emerging Mission Engineering capability at Crane. This includes working directly with customers, study leads and model developers to create and execute analysis plans in various simulation environments including AFSIM, SUPPRESSOR, EADSim and other mission and engagement level models. You will replicate systems or concepts under consideration for various operational scenarios using concepts of operation and behaviors. Additionally, you will define bounds for run matrix execution, carry out run execution, and perform analysis of results. You will work with a study team as well as independently within guidelines and assist less experienced team members.
